Essential Job Duties:

  • Performs delegated independent nursing functions using established procedures policies guidelines and standards in accordance with the Ohio Nursing Practice ethical and professional guidelines.
  • Accurately documents pertinent observations and interventions in the Electronic Medical Record to aid in the development of the patient centered care plan and the delivery of quality and equitable health care.
  • Carries out physician orders timely and accurately.
  • Maintenance of quality control standards logs and point of care testing.
  • Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for professional practice continued growth and self-evaluation.
  • Complies with the Third Street Family Health Services infection control policies and procedures.
  • Understands and demonstrates compliance with Health Services and Resources Administration (HRSA) and Third Street Family Health requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • BCI/FBI Fingerprint (If applicable)
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Licensure: Ohio LPN Nursing License
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience required or preferred
