Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $23 - $28 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts.
- Assist producers with quoting and renewing business.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and improve processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas and improvements.
