Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our Imaging Client Support this role you will serve as a key resource between our internal teams and clientsensuring smooth operations timely communication and exceptional customer support. You will contribute to the success of our healthcare and diagnostics services by providing administrative support and maintaining professional relationships with clients and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Communication and Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
  • Take ownership of each inquiry utilizing available resources to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of internal systems and processes related to the capturing of the images.

Administrative and Cross-Departmental Support

  • Maintain and print documents for new customer In-Service binders.
  • Collaborate with internal departmentsincluding Radiology and Diagnosticsto support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assist with daily administrative reporting and internal projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word); ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced detail-driven environment.
  • Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift/move heavy items when necessary.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain focused in a dynamic environment.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving supplies as needed.
  • Capacity to maintain professionalism when interacting with various teams and clients.
