Job Summary
Tri-State Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Physical Therapy Aide to work in our Seven Fields/Cranberry Office. As a well-established and growing physical therapy practice in the Pittsburgh area we are seeking this full-time position which offers a potential for growth in your career as well as growth for your community. We encourage Athletic Trainers Exercise Science Majors Pre-Physical Therapy Students Personal Trainers and Sports Professionals to apply as well as anyone that wants to make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in daily patient care
- Set up and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
- Escort patients to and from treatment areas
- Perform administrative tasks to support clinic operations
- Train and educate patients and/or family members in appropriate exercises
- Manage inventory to assure the needs of the clinic are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping others and an interest in the healthcare field
- Outpatient rehab experience and/or Degree in Athletic Training or Exercise Science a plus
