- Experience as an assistant in a TV/SVOD Business Affairs department talent agency or entertainment firm.
- Excellent analytical organisational and communication (written and verbal) skills including the ability to successfully work with a range of personalities and styles.
- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is embraced.
- Proactivity and flexibility with the capacity to work in an environment with shifting priorities and demands.
- Computer literacy including Apple hardware and software.
- A passion for the TV / media industry.
- Experience in contract review and comprehension especially in TV/SVOD production and talent contracts. Experience in direct contract negotiation is a further bonus.
- A bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
- Foreign language skills ideally French and/or German.
