- Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Support childrens social emotional and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom environment.
- Monitor and document childrens progress and behaviors.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their childs development.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
- Help supervise outdoor play and group activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate Degree in ECE preferred.
- Min of 2 years experience with preschool age students
- Ability to manage classroom and implement curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of children.
