A Day in the Life of a Nurse Manager Satellite Clinics
This Nurse Manager role oversees nursing operations across several satellite clinics driving consistent high-quality patient care. The position blends clinical leadership with administrative oversight including staff development budgeting and policy implementation. Common challenges include navigating regulatory requirements staffing across multiple sites and standardizing nursing practices in varied environments. Youll collaborate closely with RN coordinators nurse leads and the Director to align team performance patient satisfaction and operational goals. A regular rotation through satellite sites ensures visibility hands-on support and direct staff engagement.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Required
- Current Minnesota RN license
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days
- Demonstrated success in leadership functions and team management
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferably in a clinic setting
Preferred
- BSN
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individuals experience level preferred education/certifications along with market conditions.
