What Youll Do:

Situated at the hotels front door youll often be guests first impression of hotel service and responsible for making them feel happy welcome as well as securing the safety of their car and belongs.

Here are some of the tasks youll be doing on a daily basis:

Greet guests courteously and with a smile.

Park guest vehicles and retrieve valet-parked guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner.

Read luggage tags and provide claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery.

Move guest luggage as needed.

Where Youve Been:

The Valet is a people-centric job as you may imagine. Were looking for someone who professional can communicate clearly has an attention to detail and loves working with others. A sense of humor cant hurt either!

When Youre Here:

This probably goes without saying but youll be on your feet a lot. There will be occasions when you may be carrying/lifting up to 75 pounds walking bending/twisting climbing stairs and more. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays.
