Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient therapy setting. This role requires providing high-quality care developing personalized treatment plans and working closely with patients to restore function improve mobility and promote overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy programs to improve mobility relieve pain and restore function.
Provide patient and family education on exercises home care and injury prevention.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Education & Licensure
Associates degree in Physical Therapy (or higher).
Active PT license in the state of Oregon.
Current BLS certification (AHA).
