Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Knowledge on Wealth Management Products (i.e. loans/deposits/fx/securities/etc).

. Experience on writing SQL queries

. Knowledge on Financial Instruments.

. Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing in Banking domain.

. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third-parties to analyze testing requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Test Strategy Test Plan Test Cases Test Completion Report and sign-off exception reporting and follow-up.

. Excellent knowledge and relevant experience in test automation tools and techniques both for data entry and for comparison of test results (e.g. on screen in reports in database performance and scalability tests)

. Experience in managing and maintaining test data which allows reproducible results and comparison between successive test runs

. Strong analytical and quick learning skills required to handle test cases in a rich and complex architecture with many interconnected applications

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group managers subject matter experts and technical teams


Strong proficiency with Testing tools and software quality tools:


. Functional tests Non-Functional Requirements Security Performance Robustness Middleware testing (Batch processing REST APIs)

. Expert in various testing techniques and achieving maximum automation for non-regression tests

. Knowledge in UFT Selenium PostMan etc

. ALM JIRA Service Now

. Proficient in test life cycle.

o Manual Functional testing with various techniques

o Integration testing with other systems

o System Integration testing

o End to End testing

. Hands-on experience in writing test cases for complex projects test data preparation and test execution.


. Hands-on experience in writing test cases using technical specification documents.


. Test cases optimization to achieve coverage and quality.


. Proficient in using Quality Center/ HP- ALM and JIRA


. Coordination with various teams on testing activities (understanding application/domain/requirements test cases writing execution and defects).


. Communication skills:


o Good oral & written skills.


o Report promptly (oral and written).


. Reporting to test manager on the test activities progress and data gathering to generate metrics.


. A good team player with problem-solving attitude.


. Analytical and precise: Capacity to challenge the team and convince based on facts.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Good-to-Have Skills:

. Knowledge on Financial Instruments:

o Different types of KPIs(i.e. loans/deposits/fx/securities/etc)

o Referential data

o Prices Ratings Exchange rates Money Market rates

o Underlying assets Indices and revenues.

. Hands on experience on writing queries using PLSQL developer (or equivalent) for ORACLE.

. Hands on experience in using BI4 (Business Intelligence) .

. Experience on using Unix/Linux and Windows basic commands.
Nice to have:

. Experience/knowledge of the Test Automation e.g. running automated test scripts using selenium & Rest API automation via Postman.
