RN Managers with solid leadership experience...we have the best opportunity for you!! We are searching for a RN Manager - Neurology & Neurosurgery to join our clinics.
- Neuroscience/Ambulatory experience strongly preferred
- BSN required MSN preferred
- Minimum of three years nursing experience (Compact Missouri or Kansas licensure required)
- 2 years of nursing management strongly preferred
- Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Travel between our 4 main hospital locations including the Plaza North South and East.
The Work:

Nurse manager is accountable for the development implementation and evaluation of the care provided in the clinic consistent with the established strategic plan goals and objectives for Patient Centered Care.
Works in collaboration with nursing leadership to identify areas of improvement regarding practice policies and processes.
Supports optimal care that requires specialized knowledge critical thinking and skills based on principles of psychological social physical and biological sciences that utilize the nursing processes.
Drives employee engagement and retention.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to exceed customer expectations in a patient centered and healing environment.
Maintains all clinical competencies if required due to size and structure of the clinic and may occasionally be counted in staffing.
This position manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned and supervises assigned clinical departments and staff.
- Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings.
- Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.
- Assist clinical staff as needed.
- Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
