RN Managers with solid leadership experience...we have the best opportunity for you!! We are searching for a RN Manager - Neurology & Neurosurgery to join our clinics.
- Neuroscience/Ambulatory experience strongly preferred
- BSN required MSN preferred
- Minimum of three years nursing experience (Compact Missouri or Kansas licensure required)
- 2 years of nursing management strongly preferred
- Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Travel between our 4 main hospital locations including the Plaza North South and East.
The Work:

- Nurse manager is accountable for the development implementation and evaluation of the care provided in the clinic consistent with the established strategic plan goals and objectives for Patient Centered Care.
- Works in collaboration with nursing leadership to identify areas of improvement regarding practice policies and processes.
- Supports optimal care that requires specialized knowledge critical thinking and skills based on principles of psychological social physical and biological sciences that utilize the nursing processes.
- Drives employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to exceed customer expectations in a patient centered and healing environment.
- Maintains all clinical competencies if required due to size and structure of the clinic and may occasionally be counted in staffing.
- This position manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned and supervises assigned clinical departments and staff.
- Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings.
- Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.
- Assist clinical staff as needed.
- Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
- BLS required
