What Youll Do
As a Fitter Welder B you will:
- Apply your MIG welding experience to fabricate and assemble high-quality products.
- Operate advanced welding tools such as theMiller Aluma Pro MIG gunGMAW andplasma cutting equipment.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure precision and quality.
- Perform technical inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support continuous improvement through participation in5SKaizen events and training programs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum6 months of MIG welding experience(Alloy and Steel).
- High School Diploma GED or equivalent certifications.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent time management communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn grow and contribute to a positive work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Welding technical school certification.
- Experience withTIG weldingandroutine maintenance.
- 1 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with GMAW processes and metalworking machinery.
