Position Overview
Deep Sync is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to be a core member of our US engineering team. This individual will make significant technical contributions to the design and development of our AI-first products and platforms. This role requires a skilled technical professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop complex features and components of our AI-first product portfolio from design through to deployment.
- Contribute significantly to creating cutting-edge customer interaction platforms ensuring they are scalable reliable and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and design to define architect and ship new features.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering large-scale software products.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python Java or C.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Experience working in Ad-Tech industry is a bonus

Location: Kirkland WA (This role requires on-site presence for the first six months. After that period a hybrid schedule may be availabletypically remote on Mondays and Fridays with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday subject to manager discretion.)

Roles based in Washington and Florida follow our hybrid/in-office requirements while positions in all other states are fully remote.
