Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Pay: $30$40 per hour

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)for an exciting job in Syracuse NY.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to patients in alignment with established care plans
Monitor record and report patient vital signs symptoms and overall progress
Assist with administering medications and treatments under the direction of RNs or physicians
Accurately document patient care in electronic health record systems (Epic experience preferred)
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in New York State
Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
