Job Summary

We are looking for Associates who will be at the front line of our operationsconnecting and engaging with our clients this role youll deliver the highest level of customer service by providing tailored solutions based on each customers unique situation.

What Youll Do:

  • Engage with customers through email chat or phone depending on the program
  • Provide empathetic professional and solution-focused support
  • Tailor responses to customer needs across different industries (Telecom Utilities Finance Energy Insurance)
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure effective resolutions and service improvements
  • Achieve performance goals while maintaining high-quality standards

What Were Looking For:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and/or spoken)

  • At least a graduate of SHS or any equivalent

  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Prior experience in customer service email or chat support is a plus

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems and tools

  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to show empathy and adaptability
