What Were Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills (written and/or spoken)
At least a graduate of SHS or any equivalent
Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Prior experience in customer service email or chat support is a plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems and tools
A customer-first mindset with the ability to show empathy and adaptability
