From managing stock levels with our third-party logistics partners to optimizing packaging and conversion operations your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business success.
This is more than just managing numbers its about solving problems building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
What will be your key responsibilities
- Ensures adequate stock levels in different formats to fulfil customer orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be the expert in solving inventory issues and providing key analytical data and information
- Actively manage inventory reporting
- Track inventory performance (KPI targets vs actual) and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead small projects and continuously improve processes
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics or similar
- First experience in a Supply Chain role including experience in inventory management or materials planning roles
- FMCG experience is preferred
- First Project Management experience
- Planning systems functional knowledge
- High level of communication and customer service to build relationships and solve problems
