Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring our customers and their pets get exactly what they need when they need it As a Supply Planning Specialist youll be part of a dynamic team that keeps our supply chain running smoothly. From managing stock levels with our third-party logistics partners to optimizing packaging and conversion operations your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business success.

This is more than just managing numbers its about solving problems building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

What will be your key responsibilities

Ensures adequate stock levels in different formats to fulfil customer orders
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be the expert in solving inventory issues and providing key analytical data and information
Actively manage inventory reporting
Track inventory performance (KPI targets vs actual) and identify improvement opportunities
Lead small projects and continuously improve processes

What are we looking for

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics or similar
First experience in a Supply Chain role including experience in inventory management or materials planning roles
FMCG experience is preferred
First Project Management experience
Planning systems functional knowledge
High level of communication and customer service to build relationships and solve problems
