What you will do
Were looking for motivated and ambitious final year students with quantitative backgrounds to join as Consultants directly into the Insurance and Asset Management Practiceand focusingon supporting our clients with Finance and Risk topics (e.g. risk management and financial strategy).
As a new joiner at Oliver Wyman you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects for large clients worldwide developing your expertise quickly and making an immediate impact. Youll work alongside senior colleagues and clients working as one to help to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

Who can apply
Applicants should be entering their final year of study towards Bachelors or postgraduate degrees
We would welcome applications from people studying a range of subjects but subjects particularly relevant for the type of work we do given their quantitative nature include: Mathematics Statistics Economics MORSE and related degrees as well as other STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) subjects more broadly e.g. Engineering Physics Chemistry Biology and Computer Science.
We expect successful candidates will be on-course to achieve 2:1s or better in their final degree classification.
We look for people who display initiative intuition and creativity with a strong problem solving and analytical mindset. We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of yourstudies.
