Senior Global Mobility Specialist
Are you passionate about Global Mobility and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment We are looking for a Senior Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our People department youll play a crucial role in managing the relocation and assignment process for our employees working internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end relocation process for employees moving to international locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation or assignment process. Proactively address queries concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide guidance and support on payroll and compensation related matters for Managers looking for employees internationally or moving employees to international locations.
- Ensure adherence to immigration laws and regulations for international assignments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external providers such as immigration lawyers and tax consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee mobility data. Generate reports and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update global mobility policies aligning them with company objectives local regulations and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes enhance the employee experience and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the global mobility function.
Requirements:
- 5 years as a Global Mobility Specialist or in a similar role preferably within a multinational organization.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration International Relations or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of global mobility practices immigration laws tax regulations and international assignment policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and across cultures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- English level C1 or higher; proficiency in any other language is a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and well-versed in compliance matters.
