The role
As a Senior Delivery Manager you are responsible for the successful delivery of client-facing projects on behalf of Zühlke from planning to execution. How youll make an impact
Lead the delivery of complex technology and software projects and programmes specifically within the banking industry.
Act as the primary delivery contact for our clients representing Zühlke with professionalism ownership and integrity.
Ensure project success by managing scope timelines budgets and quality and by adapting delivery approaches to the client context (often agile).
Build and lead cross-functional teams empowering both Zühlke colleagues and client-side contributors.
Drive customer value ensuring outcomes are aligned with business goals and expectations.
Support pre-sales and proposal work contributing to delivery strategy estimations and planning.
Whats important to us
Several years of experience delivering complex software or technology projects ideally in a consulting environment and with banking focus
Solid knowledge of agile practices and a strong agile mindset.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trust-based client relationships.
Experienced in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams indynamic environments with competing priorities.
Strong organisational communication and leadership skills.
University degree (bachelors or higher) ideally in a technical or business-related field.
Project management or agile certifications (e.g. PMI PRINCE2 SAFe Scrum) are a plus.
Native-level German (C1) and very good English skills are required.
