In this role you will support the will support members of the Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) leadership team While working closely with senior analysts and management on a daytoday basis. Position Responsibilities:
Provide program support and assist with government accounting requirements and overhead pool allocations
Collaborate with senior leadership to influence decisionmaking and translate financial insights into strategic recommendations
Analyze and manipulate data using tools such as Tableau and Excel to derive actionable insights
Drive continuous process improvements related to budget development analytics and other financial products that enhance partnerships with engineering leadership
Reconcile data from multiple sources and support resource forecasts and/or EACs for control accounts budgets functions or pools; provide financial EACs for contract programs
Extract data and compile routine performance reports; assist with preparing variance analyses
Assist in developing business cases using appropriate indices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or a Business related field
3 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting
3 years of experience performing variance analysis
3 years of experience leading projects
3 years of experience with Microsoft office Suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Proven strong verbal written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with financial planning and reporting systems or tools
