Roth Cadillac is seeking a Full Time Experienced Detail/Reconditioning Person to join our team in Erie PA. This role is essential in ensuring that all vehicles meet our high standards of appearance and quality before they reach our customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail strong work ethic and experience in automotive detailing and reconditioning.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning detailing and reconditioning of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic damage and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Ensure vehicles are clean polished and showroom-ready in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to prioritize detailing needs.
- Follow safety protocols and company standards during all reconditioning tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive detailing and reconditioning.
