Project Coordinator

Altera Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive PMO Administrator on behalf of our partner a fast-growing renewable energy company. This hands-on role is ideal for a candidate with experience supporting technical or commercial projects who thrives in a dynamic high-impact environment. The successful Project Coordinatorwill help coordinate project delivery strengthen processes and ensure accurate tracking and documentation across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities of theProject Coordinator

  • Coordinate and support cross-functional projects ensuring timelines milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project plans schedules and dashboards to monitor progress and highlight risks.
  • Manage project documentation including meeting notes action logs risk registers and status reports ensuring accuracy and version control.
  • Work closely with technical and operational teams to allocate resources and maintain clear communication of project objectives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and assist with reporting to grant or funding bodies where applicable.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience supporting project delivery or PMO functions ideally within engineering technology or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong organisational ability with proven experience managing competing tasks and deadlines.
  • Skilled in using project management platforms or comparable tools to track and report progress.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders across different teams and levels.
  • Self-motivated resourceful and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic fast-paced work environment.
