Position Summary:

Votre rôle:
Vous rejoignez une équipe commerciale dédiée au développement du chiffre daffaires auprès de clients grands comptes. Votre mission repose sur:

  • la qualité des relations avec vos clients
  • laccompagnement dans la mise en œuvre des accords-cadres existants
  • la génération de nouvelles opportunités commerciales au sein dun portefeuille clients mondial déjà défini.

Poste:
Worldwide Local Inside Sales Representative (WWIS-L) Chargé(e) de Ventes Sédentaires support grands comptes

  • Vous gérez un portefeuille de clients grands comptes (CA 40 000 $).
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec :
    • les responsables européens grands comptes (WWAE-R) répartis en Europe et anglophones
    • ainsi que les commerciaux terrain locaux.
  • Vos indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) portent sur :
    • la création et la clôture dopportunités commerciales
    • le suivi client (téléphone visioconférence)
    • le développement de relations de confiance durables.
  • Vous élaborez des propositions tarifaires pour des marchés nationaux et internationaux.

Compétences recherchées:

  • Maîtrise de langlais (oral et écrit)
  • Forte motivation orientation client et sens des résultats
  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication (interne et externe)
  • Capacités dinfluence persuasion et service client
  • Esprit déquipe sens du jugement et de la décision
  • Formation commerciale et idéalement une première expérience réussie en télévente
