Job Description

As Data Steward in Global BD you will be responsible for ensuring the quality consistency and appropriate availability of data within an organization.
You will typically work closely with business users like sales team operations team analyst and digitalization team to maintain trusted usable and well-documented data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Quality Improvement
- Clean validate improve and maintain CRM (Salesforce) data to have high accuracy completeness and consistency.
- Monitor and report on data quality issues and propose solutions.
- Salesforce Support (Ad-hoc)
- Assist with ad-hoc data-related tasks such as list preparation data extraction or data feeds and import/export activities.
- Support end-users with data entry best practices and basic troubleshooting.
- Guiding users for right salesforce usage.
- Digitalization & Process Optimization Support
- Assist in documenting processes and workflows during digital transformation projects.
- Help evaluate and test new tools or enhancements to Salesforce and other integration platforms.
- Ad-hoc project support like quick summary reports.
- Dashboards & Reporting (optional based on skillset)
- Support the maintenance of dashboards and basic analytics using Salesforce reports or tools like Excel/Power BI.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or masters program (preferably in Business IT Data Science Engineering or similar).
- Strong interest in digitalization CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience or coursework in Excel data analysis or CRM tools (Salesforce or Power BI is a plus).
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks is a must.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn is bonus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
