Key job responsibilities
- Lead a global team of risk managers with accountability for establishing the vision strategy and implementation of all pivotal outcomes for enabling a safe and compliant store
- Define implement manage and execute program objectives including the tracking of metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate program efficacy and drive ongoing improvements
- Partner with product and engineering teams to realize our NorthStar seller experience vision through AI-powered solutions that enable list once sell globally capabilities streamlining compliance processes and reducing complexity for our selling partners.
- Regularly communicate with senior leadership on progress to goals alignment with deliverables and seek support where necessary
- Making rapid changes to business frameworks and operational processes to counter emerging threats making judgement calls with balancing fast actions to high severity issues and new risks with implementing precise mechanisms to protect customers
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 10 years of leadership and people management experience in a dynamic operational setting
- Proficiency in Product management
- Demonstrated involvement in developing and contributing to strategic planning processes
- Proficient capability to gather and analyze data to inform business strategies and decisions
- Effective coaching and leadership skills that enhance team performance
- Advanced degree (MBA MS etc.)
- Proficiency in oral and written communication along with the ability to define technical requirements and prioritize tasks
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a dynamic work environment and fast-paced workflow
- Proven track record of meticulous attention to detail self-motivation and follow-through
- Sound business acumen demonstrated influence and robust analytical reasoning are vital for success in this role
- Experience with extensive e-commerce platforms encompassing intricate business processes
- Proficiency in 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies aimed at reducing waste preventing defects and optimizing processes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $142700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
