Position Responsibilities:
Timely process MILL workbasket items as per the agreed TAT. Process/ approve policy administration and benefits request: Policy changes with Financial and non-financial Cash Surrender Policy Loan and Withdrawal.
Monitoring Daily Productivity achieve individual KPI - a minimum 100%.
Involve plan brainstorm and perform UAT and projects (at least 30% of the time).
Manage MILL Policy Servicing emails ensure the documents submission and enquiries are handle timely and settle within TAT.
Open and stamp incoming mails (if any). Data entry on all documents received record in department Share Point.
Prepare reports and update SOPs as and when changes occur or changes in regulations.
Check then decide close Bridger alerts or escalate alert to Compliance team timely.
Ensure Annual statement quarterly statement and Servicing correspondence deliver to customers bankers/ financial advisers timely.
Prepare documents for filing/storage (in-house filing and arranging storage process with Crown Record Management).
Prepare Payment Authorization Form for payments.
Other administrative duties and assigned duties as and when required by the HOD.
Required Qualifications:
Fresh graduate with University Degree in any discipline or
At least one years experience in Insurance Industry preferably in Policy Servicing or Life Insurance
Able to work long hours public holidays and weekends as required
Familiarity with working with CAS systems and Microsoft Office.
Able to plan and organize to ensure all tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently
Able to work independently
Good interpersonal skills.
Good working attitude and discipline.
Initiative self-motivated customer focused and able to work as a team.
