Job Summary
The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will join a dynamic Corporate FP&A team that works cross-functionally within the organization to produce analytical deliverables to key stakeholders and executive management. This role is a member of a team with primary responsibilities over headquarter functions consolidations and analysis over segment financial results.
HYBRID: Charlotte NC
JOB DUTIES:
- Participate in analysis of headquarter cost centers.
- Consolidate total company results on a monthly quarterly & annual basis.
- Support monthly forecast & annual budgeting process and assist in building strategic plans.
- Participate in monthly & quarterly presentations for the leadership team & Board of Directors.
- Provide financial and analytical support for external reporting requirements for the leadership team.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis where necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data accuracy and the quality of financial analysis.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 2 years of financial planning or similar experience.
- Demonstrated prior experience in financial modeling.
WE VALUE:
- Experience using financial systems and prior reporting experience for a multi-segment business.
- Experience developing forecasts and operating plans.
- Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers).
- Skilled in delivering clear concise and effective communication across all organizational levels including executive leadership cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated results-oriented and assertive individual.
- Ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues.
