About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our clients Product team within the dynamic industry. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with cross-functional teams to understand market needs and ensure the continuous improvement of our games and platform features.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate technology and user experience who are eager to grow within the product management domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze product and market data to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Support Product Managers in defining product requirements writing user stories and maintaining product documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to understand player pain points and contribute to solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Managers design and development teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Monitor product development progression follow up and provide updates to the team when necessary.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of new features ensuring they meet user expectations.
- Assist in creating competitor analysis reports and trend reviews to guide strategic decisions.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from internal teams and players to enhance back-office functionality and product offerings.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Marketing or a related
field (or equivalent practical experience - 13 years of experience in Product Operations Business Analyst or Project Coordination roles preferably within iGaming tech or digita entertainment.

Knowledge of the iGaming industry is highly advantageous.

Strong understanding of digital products and user experience principle
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel GoogleAnalytics Tableau or similar.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and
Mandarin.
