What Youll Do:

Provide technical support and guidance to customers using cutting-edge software products

What Were Looking For:
Fluent/Proficiency level in German and advanced English
- Training or experience in IT technologies especially Cloud solutions or Microsoft products such as Office Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server and Windows
- Excellent interpersonal skills empathy professionalism critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
- Previous technical support experience or IT technician background is a plus
