JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
This position is a promotional opportunity ONLY available for existing part-time employees already working at the IT Service Desk. The position entails supervising other part-time student employeesto carry out the duties and meet the quality standards of the Penn State IT Service Desk.
