The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality low cost innovative community-based ambulatory care. We are located at 133 Littleton Road Suite 202 in the Emerson Hospital Health Center on Route 110 in Westford MA. We have access to on-site laboratory and radiology services including ultrasound mammography CT scan and MRI imaging.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-time 40-hour RN to support our practice onsite Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians advanced practitioners and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care focusing on health promotion disease prevention and the management of acute and chronic conditions.
This role is primarily on the phone with patients with a small amount of patient facing so the ideal candidate profile is an adaptable RN who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety!
Responsibilities Include:
- Triage clinical questions via phone calls.
- Provide clinical advice and education to patients based on assessment findings and established protocols.
- Provide appropriate care coordination for patients such as scheduling appointments follow-up care and referrals to specialists and other healthcare services.
- Follow-up on emergency room visits.
- Collaborate with physicians advanced practitioners and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care including assessments planning implementation and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer Injections medications treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians and advanced practitioners and assist in minor surgical procedures.
Education
Associates Degree Nursing required and Bachelors Degree Nursing preferred

Registered Nurse RN - State License - Generic - HR Only required Basic Life Support BLS Certification - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred
Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of nursing principles practices and procedures.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
