The internship program will consist of a variety of technical trainings professional development networking events and collaboration on challenging technical projects.

Basic Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited in-person not-for-profit Bachelors or Masters degree program in Human Factors User Interface Design Graphic Design or related field and graduating between December 2026 and June 2028
Experience creating wireframes mockups and designs
Experience designing and delivering website product features for consumers
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to launch features
Experience conducting user research and testing throughout the product lifecycle
Experience developing and evolving design systems
Experiencewith Figma Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
Strongvisual and interaction design skills with a strong portfolio
Strongverbal and written skills communicating ideas concepts and designs
Familiarity with HTML CSS JavaScript and other front-end web programing languages
Familiarity with W3C/WCAG and ADA web accessibility standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Evidence of strong academic performance in college
Experience conducting user research and testing throughout the product lifecycle
Experience with MS Word Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written skills communicating ideas concepts and designs
