Equipment Details:
- Kenworth and T680 trucks
- All trucks come with factory-equipped 1500 watt inverters
- Trucks and trailers feature air-ride suspension
- 53-foot plate trailers
- New mattresses in every assigned truck

- Room for a refrigerator and/or TV
- Internal and external cameras (internal ones activate only on events)
- Automatic transmissions (well consider drivers with automatic restrictions on their license)

Earnings and Pay:
- Solo drivers: Up to $0.56 per mile with top earners at $100K annually
- Team drivers: Up to $0.73 per mile (split) each paid for all truck miles top teams at $100K annually per driver
- Paid on practical miles

Sign-On Bonus:
- Solo: $1000 ($500 after first dispatch $500 at 120 days)
- Team: $5000 split ($1000 after first dispatch $2000 at 90 days $2000 at 180 days)
- Independent Contractor (IC): $2500
- Requires more than 90 days OTR experience to qualify
Safety Bonus:
- Paid quarterly
- Subject to change discussed with each driver
Additional Pay:
- Layover Pay: After 48 hours $90 per 24 hours of layover time (we aim for consistent miles but this covers rare downtime)
- Dock Detention Pay: Starts after 2 hours $12 per hour
- Multi-Stop Pay: $35 per stop (excluding first pickup and final delivery)
Home Time and Time Off:
- OTR and Teams: Earn 1 day off for every 7 days out; need 8-day notice and at least 14 days from last time off; we guarantee your requested dates if earned
- Regional: Earn 1 day off for every 7 days out; request home time right away and youll head home within 8 days
- Bank your home time but if off more than 9 days leave the truck at a terminal
- Reliable home time overall
- Vacation: 1 week after 1 year 2 weeks after 2 years (calculated on 52-week average)

Rider Policy:
- Yes riders allowed
- Must be at least 12 years old

- No more than 1 pet per driver
