Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Summary
Under general supervision performs routine and specialized diagnostic radiologic procedures while ensuring patient safety compliance with regulations and delivery of high-quality imaging services.
Key Responsibilities

Execute basic clinical competence in general radiology including fluoroscopy across all patient types and locations.

Select accurate technical factors on an individual basis and provide age-appropriate patient care.

Apply knowledge of radiology principles including anatomy physiology radiation protection physics radiographic positioning and patient care skills.

Adhere to Joint Commission state federal and departmental compliance standards.

Document accurate patient care activity in electronic health records systems.
-
Maintain a safe work environment monitor supplies and inventory and report equipment or environmental issues per policy.

Follow quality control procedures for imaging equipment with appropriate documentation.
-
Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance workflows patient experience and quality.

Support student and employee training and education efforts.

Licensures/Certifications:

Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).

Licensed Radiographer (State requirement).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
