About the Role
We are looking for a committed civil engineering professional to support project execution at our mining sites. The role involves contributing to project planning monitoring construction activities ensuring safety compliance and collaborating across teams to drive timely and quality completion of civil infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordination of civil engineering projects
- Monitor on-site construction progress and ensure quality adherence
- Coordinate with contractors suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and address deviations from project plans
- Collaborate with senior engineers and support team development
- Promote a culture of safety quality and continuous learning
What You Bring - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of construction practices project execution and compliance
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering project execution site coordination and construction oversight
- Strong analytical communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in field conditions across sites
- Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic project requirements
