Wir suchen derzeit Datenerfasser für Investmentfonds (m/w/d) - Teilzeit.

Aufgaben:

• Eingabe von Daten in das unternehmenseigene User Interface

• Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität und -qualität durch genaue und zuverlässige Eingabe

• Online-Recherche von Finanz- und Marktdaten

• Fachliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (Backoffice Support)

• Leitung kleinerer unabhängiger Projekte im Zusammenhang mit der Datenverarbeitung und -verwaltung

• Durchführung regelmäßiger Qualitätskontrollen zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität

• Mitarbeit an wiederkehrenden Aufgaben und Abläufen wie z.B. monatliche Berichte und regelmäßige Aktualisierungen

Profil:

• Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Daten

• Interesse an Datenmanagement und datenbasierten Entscheidungen

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich (Englischkenntnisse sind zusätzlich von Vorteil)

• Zuverlässigkeit und Detailgenauigkeit bei der Datenpflege

• Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg*innen

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen

• Selbstständige strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise

• Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und effiziente Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (Backoffice Support)

• Erste Erfahrungen oder Interesse am Finanzbereich sind von Vorteil
