Job Summary
Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! The Property Manager serves as the face of the company providing exceptional service to residents at 4 apartment communities (290 units) in the east area of Pittsburgh including North Versailles Edgewood East McKeesport and Wilmerding. Reporting to the regional manager this person manages day-to-day property management budget execution leasing and resident satisfaction at apartment and townhome communities.

Core Responsibilities
- Maximize operational performance of properties
- Provide excellent customer service through prompt professional and authentically caring responses
- Lead the leasing efforts for your property group by executing or overseeing advertising applications showings walkthroughs move-ins and renewals
- Conduct monthly budget reporting; collaborate with asset management on annual budgets; approve weekly payables
- Manage collections and delinquencies including eviction court
- Oversee the completion of maintenance tasks and enhance the propertys curb appeal
- Lead manage and train the team to accomplish the goals of the property group
- Maintain clean and safe properties by resolving tenant complaints conducting weekly onsite inspections and enforcing rules of occupancy
- Coordinate services with external vendors
- Set the scope of turnovers and capital projects
- Lead the onboarding of new properties to the property group if needed
- Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Successful Candidate Profile
Experience
- 4 years experience as a property manager
- In-depth understanding of Pittsburghs market-rate multi-family real estate industry
- Experience with Section 8 (HACP ACHA)
- Experience with AppFolio or other property management software
- Scattered site experience (preferred)
- Experience working with diverse populations
Skills
- Technology savvy

- Organizational skills time management and attention to detail

Other Requirements
- Reliable personal transportation and valid drivers license for property visits during business hours and as needed after-hours
- Able to ascend/descend stairs and traverse uneven terrain
- Able to transport up to 25 lbs
- Able to use a computer for a full workday
