Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilledBusiness Analyst to join our team in a leading pharmaceutical company. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists product managers and data engineers to understand business objectives and identify data needs;
Conduct thorough requirements analysis for data-centric projects including gathering documenting and validating requirements to support data products design and development;
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user stories functional specifications and data flows;
Participate in data governance and quality initiatives ensuring the accuracy integrity and compliance of data used across the organization;
Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into requirements for data-related projects;
Gather and document requirements creating user stories and specifications for data products;
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams helping to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding;
Support testing and validation of data products ensuring alignment with business requirements before launch.

Requirements:

3 years as a Business Analyst ideally with experience in AI or ML-focused projects;
Strong background in business requirements gathering and process analysis;
Hands-on experience in AI/ML initiatives (predictive analytics NLP automation);
Familiarity with data governance quality and privacy compliance (regulated industries a plus);
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical & business language;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI) is a plus;
Basic understanding of SQL / querying is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working on data projects within a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals healthcare);
Familiarity with Agile methodology and related tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence);
Knowledge of data governance or data privacy best practices is beneficial but not essential.
