About the role

The Digital & Systems Specialist will act as a trusted advisor to the business to achieve performance outcomes through the delivery of pragmatic and high quality technology solutions aligned to the TACs strategy and continuous delivery programs.

About the Team

You will join the supportive and passionate Digital and Systems team within the Clients division a group dedicated to delivering efficient fair and cost-effective recovery and independence outcomes for people injured in transport accidents.

Reporting to the Digital and Systems Manager youll benefit from regular 1:1s and team check-ins while being empowered to take ownership of your workload. The team values autonomy collaboration and variety offering a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

What were looking for

Systems & Digital Solutions Expertise
You bring relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role with a strong track record of designing developing and implementing systems and digital solutions tailored to business needs. You also bring experience in using data analytics to improve business performance and a strong practical understanding of Agile principles and practices.

Collaborative Stakeholder Partner
You are a skilled collaborator who works closely with stakeholders to maximise value from digital channels and systems. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills youre able to build trusted relationships create shared understanding and align priorities to achieve outcomes.
