Care Team Supervisor
Full Time (MondayFriday 8am5pm) Starting at $17/hr
Location: Waco

What Were Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
60 College Credit Hours or 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits and applicable state regulations (preferred)
Strong computer organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced patient-centered environment
Reliable transportation to fulfill job duties
Genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care
