Step into a high-impact leadership role with the Steam Turbine and Generator Product Definition Engineering (PDE) team where youll drive the shift to model-based product definition. Lead the transition from 2D drawings to fully integrated 3D CAD models with embedded manufacturing data collaborating across engineering manufacturing and sourcing. Essential Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the transition to model-based product definition including developing implementation plans tracking progress and providing regular updates to leadership.
- Engage manufacturing design engineering sourcing and other key partners to secure their buy-in and input for Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) incorporating their feedback to ensure the final product is supported by all stakeholders.
- Establish clear project timelines monitor progress and ensure achievement of critical milestones.
- Communicate effectively at all organizational levels to facilitate alignment and provide consistent progress updates.
- Hold team members and leaders accountable for meeting deliverables and fulfilling commitments.
- Influence key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to embrace new methods and best practices.
- Collaborate with other Product Definition Engineering (PDE) teams such as GT and Accessories to identify and implement process improvements.
- Foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and shared success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience or an Associates degree with 4 years of relevant experience. Degree must be from an accredited college or university.

- In-depth knowledge of Power Generation Steam Turbine equipment and components with experience in mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
- Prior experience in project management leadership and communication with the ability to present effectively and influence in a matrix environment.
- Highly motivated and self-starting capable of handling a diverse and challenging workload with flexibility.

About Us
For U.S. based candidates only for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements the base pay range for this position is$98400-$164000 USD Annually.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for a Variable Incentive (VIC) bonus of 10%.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
