Youll be responsible for creating insightful reports that support various business needs including daily operations projects and regulatory compliance. By collaborating with different departments youll ensure that our data and analytical processes meet company standards for accuracy and compliance. What Youll Do:

  • Create develop document and maintain standardized self-service and ad hoc reports as well as research requests submitted by team members partnering business units and external vendors

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements for projects. Provide solutions to reduce costs simplify processes and ensure compliance with regulations

  • Collect and analyze data to create reports that support various business needs including daily operations projects customer service and regulatory compliance

  • Contribute to documenting and defining data data flow process and business requirements for moderately complex projects or initiatives with visible impact to Document Administration systems

  • Review the work of others in the department to ensure data and analytical accuracy. Take steps to ensure that reporting meets company standards for accuracy correctness regulatory policy and data privacy

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to systems databases and data integration to enhance data quality and business productivity. Plan and implement changes following Agile practices or as part of larger cross-functional initiatives

  • Develop dashboards to streamline communication of key data metrics and trends

  • Analyze and resolve complex problems assess alternatives and implement solutions. Identify and research errors found during peer reviews evaluate new procedures and collaborate with other departments to implement solutions

  • Lead work teams to accomplish specific project goals

  • Consult with others in the development of appropriate training and training materials to support the needs of business users

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field or four (4) years work experience (Required)

  • Five (5) years of experience in a data analytics and/or reporting role (Required)

  • Excellent MS SQL SAS Hadoop programming skills

  • Experience in a software development environment with Agile development practices and knowledge of Agile delivery models/methodologies

  • Experience using SQL for data analysis

  • Knowledge of product development tools including Azure DevOps Services Visual Studio
