The Role
The role is responsible for providing high quality assistance to our commercial and asset finance brokers specifically supporting them with broker inductions scenarios and CRM knowledge. The role will have a component which includes promoting brokers to utilise the QuickAF System and the broader suite of products and services we offer.
Working in a small collaborative team you will be responsible for:
Supporting and retaining commercial and asset finance brokers through understanding their business and objectives while building strong relationships
Inducting all new commercial and asset finance brokers by conducting CRM training
Communicating with our commercial and asset finance brokers by responding to queries feedback and effectively answering scenario questions
Updating and maintaining lender information within our CRM system
Educating both internal and external stakeholders with your CAF knowledge
Promoting CAF through facilitating attending and hosting events
About you
You will have:
Demonstrated experience within the financial services industry (asset finance sector is desirable)
A thorough knowledge of credit
Experience using CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) in customer support and processing
Excellent communication presentation and customer service skills
Proficient ability in the Microsoft Office suite
A willingness to adopt new technology including AI
