Job Summary
Title: Residential Painter
Location: Resort at Hansen Park Kennewick WA
Pay Range: $22$24/hr
Were seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at the Resort at Hansen Park. This position is primarily responsible for exterior painting with additional support for interior unit turns as needed. A key focus will be correcting and reworking prior exterior workmanship to ensure the community maintains a high standard of quality and curb appeal.
What Youll Do
Perform exterior painting including surfaces such as siding trim and metal deck railings
Support interior unit turns to ensure move-in-ready apartments
Repair and correct prior workmanship issues to meet company standards
Prepare surfaces by cleaning smoothing filling cracks and removing old paint
Apply paint using brushes rollers or spray equipment for a consistent finish
Follow the direction from the Onsite Resident Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
Maintain professional and respectful interactions with residents and coworkers
Ensure proper protection of surfaces and cleanup after work is completed
What Were Looking For
Previous painting experience (residential or multifamily strongly preferred)
Knowledge of proper preparation repair and finishing techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable professional and safety-conscious
Compensation & Benefits
$22 $24 per hour depending on experience
