Kantar is seeking a Senior Research Executive to join our insights team supporting key clients in the FMCG space. This role involves leading research projects from initial brief through to final delivery with a focus on both ad hoc and continuous tracking studies. The position offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration with flexible working arrangements and exposure to high-impact strategic work.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Research Executive will manage the full lifecycle of research projects ensuring quality and timeliness across deliverables. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing research studies tailored to client objectives
- Interpreting consumer and market trends to inform strategic recommendations
- Presenting insights to stakeholders including brand managers and senior leadership
- Overseeing budgets and timelines to maintain project efficiency
- Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to internal knowledge-sharing
- Supporting business development through proposal writing and stakeholder engagement
- Applying Kantar methodologies with sensitivity to local market dynamics
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have at least three years of experience in a research agency or on the client side within brand management or consumer market insights. A degree in marketing research statistics or a related discipline is desirable. Candidates should be comfortable using tools such as SPSS or RFS and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with AI productivity platforms like Copilot is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking communication skills and project management capabilities are essential. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by delivering meaningful insights to clients.
