JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a tenacious resilient and strong communicator to join our team as a Property Manager. We need someone who is business savvy with a financial mindset who can make strong perceptive financial decisions. This person needs to be proactive in making strategic plans for improvement. The right candidate would be motivated enthusiastic and an experienced property manager who can oversee a large number of units contracts and outside vendors as required in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Collect rent and other property fees from tenants
Report the propertys financial status occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
Set rental rates negotiate and enforce lease agreements
Attract new tenants through advertising property viewings and encouraging referrals Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations
Regularly walks and Inspects properties and arrange for repairs and new materials as required
Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations
Arrange contracts for maintenance trash removal landscaping security and other ongoing services and manage disputes with these service providers where appropriate
Qualifications
Previous Property Management experience
Knowledge of the Huntsville area
Drive to succeed
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to pass a background check
Some previous experience with Appfolio or similar software (Preferred)
Business and/or financial background
