Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Client Reporting
Location: Seattle WA New York NY Boston MA Alpharetta GA (Hybrid 3x/week onsite)

General Description:
The Senior Business Analyst (Client Reporting) will collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to design enhance and deliver client-facing reporting solutions. This role requires strong experience in analyzing reporting requirements data presentation and visualization to meet client expectations. The analyst will translate business reporting needs into actionable specifications ensuring accuracy compliance and usability of client deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities:

Gather analyze and document requirements for client-facing reports dashboards and data extracts.
Define report specifications layouts KPIs metrics and formatting standards.
Collaborate with BI developers and product teams to design reporting solutions in Tableau or similar tools.
Support user acceptance testing and validation of report outputs against business requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories workflows and acceptance criteria focused on reporting.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve data delivery processes for clients.
Provide consultation on best practices for reporting design usability and data visualization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree required.
7 years overall experience with at least 5 years in Business Analysis.
Strong expertise in client reporting requirements gathering analysis and delivery.
Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (Tableau required; others like Power BI a plus).
Strong SQL skills to validate report outputs and ensure accuracy of client data.
Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies (Jira Confluence etc.).
Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Advanced documentation and presentation skills (Excel Lucid report mockups).
