Every other weekend requirement
3x12 DAY SHIFT
Specifics: MS/Tele and Phlebotomy Required.

Patient Diagnoses: Medical patients- COPD exac Infections failure to thrive social issues
BLS Required
Work Settings: MS/Tele Obtain 12 lead EKG Telemetry Monitoring: on the unit monitoring Blood Glucose Monitoring/Testing Feeding tube care and management Foley catheter insertion female Foley catheter insertion male Obtain/Instruct clean catch urine IV pumps Antidepressants Anti-Hypertensives Antianxiety Ear Drops Eye Drops IM & SQ NG Tube/G Tube Oral Subcutaneous Nasal Cannula Oxygen administration Bathing: sitz tub bed shower Mouth care Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention Simple dressing changes Wound drains/JP/Hemovac Communication of patient status changes to RN/MD Intake and Output monitoring Isolation Precautions Labeling of specimens Pain Assessment Management Physical restraints Vital Sign monitoring
