Job Title: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Job Location: Yuma CO
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT).
Instruct and assist patients with exercises and functional activities to improve strength mobility and endurance.
Monitor patients performance and responses to treatment reporting any changes to the supervising PT.
Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
Maintain a clean safe and organized treatment area.
Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and mobility strategies.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient care.
Comply with all federal state and local regulations as well as facility policies and procedures.
Participate in staff meetings training sessions and continuing education as required
