Location: Maple Grove MN
Rate: $22.23 - $27.37 per hour Full Benefits
Shift: Monday 8:00 AM 8:00 PM / Sunday; 72 Hours Per 2-Week Pay Period
Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekends per department schedule
Job Summary:
Join our patient-centered care team as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) supporting providers and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the clinic. Youll deliver individualized care across all age groups-infants children adolescents adults and seniors-through collaborative and delegated clinical and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Support:

Perform rooming vitals injections immunizations and medication administration as directed

Collect lab specimens and perform phlebotomy and in-clinic lab tests
-
Support prescription refills and patient-provider communications
-
Telephone triage and follow-up as needed
-
May assist with x-rays (if licensed/certified to do so)
Administrative Support:

Document patient interactions accurately and promptly
-
Assist with care coordination and scheduling
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and clinical equipment
Requirements: Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Required
-
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program Required

Medical Assistant certification Required

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Proficient in computer software and EMR systems

Professional adaptable and team-oriented communication style
